Mobile Rates This charge refers to the fee for calling a mobile phone in another country if your long-distance provider makes a distinction between an out-of-country cell phone and an international landline. I make international calls to Congo everyday especially because my wife is still back home. The good thing I like about your cards, the rate is exact, and when you hang up, you don't loose your minutes, next call you start where you stopped.
